Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Velvo purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns:
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used cleaning products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
